Lotus Towers Residence is a premier architectural landmark in Istanbul’s booming Başakşehir district. Boasting a strategic location near the Sham & Sakura Medical City and managed by the renowned Elite World Hotels, the project faced a significant market challenge: high competition and a general real estate slowdown in Turkey. The brand needed to move beyond traditional “for sale” ads to capture the attention of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) who prioritize long-term value over temporary discounts.
Seven Grounds stepped in to re-engineer the project’s Market Narrative. We shifted the focus from “buying an apartment” to “acquiring a luxury asset.” By highlighting the architectural signature of Volkan Sağlar and the unique hotel-managed residence concept, we positioned Lotus Towers as a rare investment opportunity. Our strategy was built on “Sophisticated Transparency”—avoiding hype and focusing on tangible value drivers like location, architectural exclusivity, and the elite lifestyle experience.

We moved the project away from the mass market. By focusing on the “Hotel-Residence” hybrid model, we appealed to investors seeking consistent ROI and residents seeking a managed, five-star lifestyle.
We crafted ad copy that speaks to the “Investor’s Mind.” Instead of generic features, we highlighted the proximity to Europe’s largest medical complex and the scarcity of limited units, creating a rational sense of urgency.
Our visual and verbal direction favored a “Clean & Minimalist” luxury aesthetic. We eliminated clutter and focused on high-impact hooks that emphasize the Japanese gardens, high ceilings, and the prestige of the Elite World brand.
Implemented a content funnel designed to attract Qualified Leads rather than random inquiries. By educating the prospect through YouTube scripts and Meta ads before the call, we pre-sold the value, making the sales team’s job more efficient.
