vuntal is more than a fashion brand; it is a statement of power for the modern professional woman, however, before partnering with Seven Grounds, vuntal’s digital presence suffered from a “Value Gap”—the website did not reflect the premium quality and precision of the suits, the brand needed to transition from a social media catalog to a sophisticated, high-performance e-commerce entity
Seven Grounds re-engineered vuntal’s business model by focusing on “Perceived Value.” We moved the brand away from price competition and placed it in the realm of “Professional Authority.” By rebuilding their digital storefront and strategically entering Turkey’s largest marketplace, Trendyol, we didn’t just increase their sales; we solidified their position as the go-to brand for women who lead
We transformed the website from a static gallery into a high-conversion sales tool, we restructured the user journey to emphasize “Quality & Confidence,” ensuring that the brand’s luxury status was felt from the first click to the final checkout
We rewrote the brand’s narrative, linking each suit to the success and professional image of the wearer, by focusing on “Storytelling through Detail,” we increased the average order value—customers began buying into the identity, not just the price.
By refining product descriptions and visual positioning (focusing on fit, fabric, and silhouette), we reduced shopping cart abandonment and significantly improved the conversion rate from visitor to loyal customer
We managed Fontal’s entry into Trendyol not as a mere listing, but as a strategic expansion, we optimized listings for both algorithms and aesthetics, ensuring brand consistency while capturing a massive new audience on Turkey’s largest e-commerce platform
