The 10 brands below made public, verifiable moves between June and October 2026: new franchise models, first openings abroad and senior hires to lead franchise growth.<\/div><p>Behind the household names, a new wave of Turkish brands is preparing its next market. We selected 10 that made a clear move in recent months. The list is built on published news and company statements, and no brand paid to be included.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Pastofino<\/h2><p><strong>Fresh pasta \u00b7 Istanbul.<\/strong> Opened its first restaurant at KoruFlorya AVM in September 2026. Founder Hilal Suerdem has set a target of 50 franchise units across T\u00fcrkiye by the end of 2027 and 300 by the end of 2028, with Europe, mainly Germany and Greece, in the plan. A young brand with a franchise roadmap from day one.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Jimmy Key<\/h2><p><strong>Fashion retail.<\/strong> Reached 17 stores abroad in September 2026 with openings at City Centre Beirut and Metropark Mall in Baku, its sixth store in Azerbaijan. The company has announced plans for Casablanca, Amman and a sixth store in Cairo.<\/p>\n<h2>3. M\u0130LKLAC<\/h2><p><strong>Milk-based desserts \u00b7 Antalya.<\/strong> Produces semi-finished products in a central facility and ships them by cold chain, so branches portion and serve without needing skilled pastry chefs. The company states a total investment of about USD 145,000 to 200,000 per unit.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Madelyn Marcel<\/h2><p><strong>AI-supported beauty centres.<\/strong> Its Ankara franchisee says the branch, opened in March 2026, recovered its investment in under five months, and that a second unit in \u0130zmir has been signed.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Cups &amp; Clouds Coffee House<\/h2><p><strong>Coffee \u00b7 Istanbul.<\/strong> Founded with a first unit at Istanbul Airport in 2020. Founder Mustafa Tuncer, who received a transatlantic entrepreneurship award in September 2026, has said he aims to take the brand into international markets through franchising.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Cajun Corner<\/h2><p><strong>Fast food \u00b7 founded 2017.<\/strong> With more than 225 branches in over 70 cities according to the company, it was recruiting a Franchise Manager in September 2026 to lead franchise operations in T\u00fcrkiye and abroad.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Cup of Joy<\/h2><p><strong>Specialty coffee \u00b7 Bebek, since 2013.<\/strong> Opened its first caf\u00e9 outside T\u00fcrkiye on Blandford Street in Marylebone, London, in July 2026, alongside eight caf\u00e9s at home.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Reis Kuyumculuk<\/h2><p><strong>Jewellery.<\/strong> Is recruiting a Franchise Sales and Operations Manager to coordinate new franchise store openings, a sign that its franchise network is entering a new phase.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Pasaport Pizza<\/h2><p><strong>Pizza \u00b7 \u0130zmir, since 1998.<\/strong> Reports more than 350 franchise units in 75 provinces and a target of over 420 by the end of 2027. Its management names Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Germany, France, the UAE and the Balkans among planned markets.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Iceberry<\/h2><p><strong>Food and beverage \u00b7 Antalya.<\/strong> Says it operates 58 locations in four countries: T\u00fcrkiye, Germany, Iran and Iraq.
