For Encomgalaxy, a prominent real estate firm in Turkey, the challenge wasn’t the lack of inventory, but the lack of a cohesive system to reach elite investors. The company struggled with inefficient marketing spend and a sales structure that couldn’t keep pace with a shifting global market.

Seven Grounds entered the partnership with a mission to transform Encomgalaxy from a traditional brokerage into a luxury investment powerhouse. We began with a “Deep Audit,” uncovering critical gaps in data utilization and audience targeting. By restructuring their marketing and sales departments from the ground up, we shifted the focus away from the “mass market” toward High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and elite investors who value exclusivity, security, and high-yield returns. The result was a brand that doesn’t just sell property—it sells a lifestyle and a secure financial future.
